We use your information exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve Juliet. Specifically, we use your data to operate your account, store and sync your content, provide customer support, and send essential service communications.
We do not: sell or rent your personal information to third parties; use your manuscripts or writing to train machine learning models; share your content with other users without your explicit consent; or serve targeted advertising.
You retain full ownership of everything you write in Juliet. We claim no intellectual property rights over your manuscripts, notes, or any other content you create. Our access to your content is limited to what's technically necessary to provide the service.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to user data is strictly limited to essential personnel and is logged for security purposes.
We retain your content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Juliet (such as hosting and payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

Juliet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
